Dear guests,

We warmly welcome you to our 400-year-old farm ("Hörlbauer"). To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to provide you with a few important details.

You will be staying in a newly renovated apartement at our farm. You will enjoy an exclusive view of the Alps. You can be in the village within minutes, where you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, a gourmet restaurant, and one of Austria's largest ski areas. In the town of Zell am See, not only is there the picturesque lake of the same name, but also the "Tauern Spa" with views of the glacier. Kitzbühel and Saalbach-Hinterglemm are also easily reachable for day trips. In summer, Leogang offers an outdoor swimming pool, and we can provide you with hiking maps, ski tour maps, and all other information needed.

Some information about our vacation apartment. You will be living in our house, but you have a separated area.

We have animals (dairy cows) on the farm, which are in the stable during winter and on our fields in summer.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the apartment.

In the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, deep freezer, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, bread slicer, and coffee machine. We offer Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. If you need groceries, please let us know. You can get milk from us at the farm. We also provide a balcony, and we will happily offer you lounge chairs.

You will be staying on the top floor in a vacation apartment. There are two double bedrooms with sloping skylight windows, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, and the heart of our apartment, the bright and beautiful living kitchen with a pull-out sofa and a balcony with panoramic views. Furthermore, we offer you a room for skis and equipment, and in summer for bikes as well.

As we are mountain farmers, you will need snow chains or all-wheel drive in winter months, depending on the weather conditions.

You will find a type of relaxation and tranquility here that is no longer common in many ski areas. We are not a luxury hotel, but a mountain farm, yet we still offer a special luxury: relaxation and an authentic insight into rural life, which has become rare.
