Our apartment is a cosy and comfotable place, furnished with modern but still Austrian style furniture. We offer accommodation to a maximum 2-5adults at the 80m2.The apartment is located at the ground floor.
There is a Hall furnished with wardrobe. The Kitchen includes: dishwasher, 4 ring stove, coffe machine, electric kettle, fridge with refrigerator, tableware and cutlery, washing-up liquid e.c.t
The Bathroom contains a rain shower, mirror, hairdryer, towels. There is a seperate Toilet.
The apartment consist of two seperate Bedrooms. One with double-bed, maximum occupacy 2 adluts and the second one with a double-bed and a single bed, maximum occupacy 3 adluts. The rooms have got a specious cupboard with a safe in it. There is a Flat Screen TV in every room and a free high- speed internet connection.
Amongst those facilities you might need include a drying-room or storeroom. The whole apartment hase got an under-floor heating.
In front of the house there is a free car park for your car.

Brunntaldreieck junction/direction Innsbruck, Inntaldreieck junction/direction Innsbruck, Kufstein/ Kiefersfelden-exit Kufstein Süd, Ellmau,St.Johann in Tirol, Fiberbrunn, Hochfilzen, Leogang (B 146). Turn right opposite the Leohnard Hotel, over the bridge, after 500 m on your right is Rain 46. 2.Comming from Salzburg: there are two ways to choose: a) the shortest way is- kleine deutsche Eck through Bad Reichenhall/direction Lofer, Saalfelden/direction Zell am See. In Saalfelden at the first roundabout take the first exit Leogang. Opposite Hotel Leohnard turn left through a bridge after 500m on your right is Rain 46. b) A10/direction Bischofshofen, Zell am See, Saalfelden, Leogang.
